LP1 Off Site Parking Program
- In 2026, the LP1 site will reach a major milestone as staffing continues to grow and move us closer to project completion.
- On site workers will increase through 2026 and peak at about 6,000 people by December
- The county roads leading into and out of the site accommodate about 2,100 cars per hour.
To support the site worker peak and address infrastructure and road safety needs, an off site parking lot has been established for non‑direct construction support and operations staff.
Off site parking effective dates:
- Fluor Team – Monday, Feb. 16
- All Trade Partners reporting to Fluor, Nora-Hagerman, Clayco, Shiel Sexton, Messer – Monday, March 2
- Phase 3 – Monday, March 16

Parking Pass Pick Up Schedule
On your assigned date and time bring your current parking hang tag and badge.
Fluor and Trade Partner employees must bring their own current parking tag and ID badge and sign the policy document (English or Spanish) to receive a reissued parking hang tag.

WHEN: On your assigned date from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.
