PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Lilly Lebanon Project features two manufacturing facilities co-located east of I-65 and north of SR-52 on a 600-acre campus that will include administrative offices, lab space, manufacturing, utilities, warehousing and a fire station.

Lilly Project 1 will include 10 buildings and Lilly Project 2 will have one building. When complete, the campus will feature a 20+ acre solar array, high efficient equipment and utility systems and 70% recovery of organic solvents to earn LEED Gold Certification.

The proposed project is expected to create up to 700 new Lilly roles with an additional four indirect jobs for every position created, based on industry data. At its peak there will be an estimated 2,000+ construction jobs required while the facilities are being built.
