Many professionals working on the Lilly Lebanon Project live and work in central Indiana. Meet a few team members who you’ll see around town.
TOM HENDRICKS
Fluor Project Director
As Fluor’s project director for the Lilly Lebanon site, Tom Hendricks oversees all engineering, procurement and construction services. It’s a big job that involves managing costs, safety, quality and scheduling to make sure all aspects of the project meet expected delivery dates. Hendricks, who started with Fluor as a process engineer 35 years ago, has traveled the world working for Fluor and has a wealth of experience. According to Hendricks, “My goal is to create an environment and culture for teams to excel, and to ensure all areas are working together to meet the project deadline.”
What’s the best thing about your job and/or the project?
The best thing is knowing that the facility we’re building will produce critical treatments and will improve lives.
Where’s one of the most interesting places you’ve ever worked or visited?
I had the occasion to work three years in Singapore and three more years in Shanghai for Fluor. Both were incredible.
What do you do when you’re not at work?
I enjoy boating and spending time with my family.

Fluor Supply Chain Contract Management Lead
April Clinton oversees the contract management team that bids, sources and manages subcontractors for the Lilly project.
