Construction Updates Lilly LP2 Concrete Pour Completed November 06, 2023

Messer Construction successfully completed a continuous concrete pour in October 2023 to construct the Lilly LP2 building foundation as a single slab. 

Commonly called a monolithic pour, the construction milestone brought approximately 42 concrete trucks per hour at set intervals to the site from Crawfordsville, Frankfort, Lebanon, Westfield and Whitestown to pour the foundation.

The site team is dedicated to maximizing safety and minimizing disruptions to the community during the Lebanon Lilly Project build. Prior to the weekend concrete pour site staff communicated with area neighbors by going to door, hosting an evening event to hear questions and provide answers, and provided regular communication updates via email and text.
