The Fluor staff strives to add value in the communities where staff lives and works. In Boone County, we’ve invested deeply in the community in partnership with Eli Lilly and Company.

The Fluor approach is based on our giving priorities focused on education, economic development, environment and public health/critical human needs. While Fluor’s Boone County community relations plan is locally focused and site-specific; it is also based on the unique needs of the central Indiana community. It complements Lilly community relations efforts focused on making life better in Lebanon and Boone County by improving health, strengthening the community, supporting education and career opportunities and combatting racial injustice/inequality.

Since the LP1 site April 2023 groundbreaking the staff has:

• Made donations in areas of focus to approximately 40 Boone County non-profit organizations.
• Volunteered with the Lebanon Community School Corporation to lead projects and share career experiences in STEM and STEAM classrooms.
• Created sitewide events that collect donations for local nonprofits. 
• Supported area events including the annual Battle of the Barbeque and Boone County Chamber of Commerce.
