Deliveries
On site delivery instructions (download)
All Fluor/Lilly deliveries are to enter the LP1 site (4498 N150W, Lebanon, IN 46052) from the North, by taking Interstate 65 (I65) to CR47 East to N. 150W (N. Witt Road). Go south to entrance Gate A (see map). Upon entry, parking area ahead on right.
If Delivery Trucks arrive at Gate C, they will be rerouted to Gate A via US52.
Offloading note: After entering the site, turn right into warehouse yard, wait for further instructions.
PPE requirements

Safety Helmet, Hi-Vis Vest, Safety Glasses, Closed Toed Shoes, Gloves
Delivery Dates and Times
Monday – Friday: 8:00a.m. to 4:30p.m.
Saturday – Sunday: No deliveries unless pre-planned
(required 48 hours notice for all weekend deliveries)

All off-site Fluor/Lilly deliveries are to go to 1201 Perry Rd. Indianapolis, IN 46168.
The warehouse is located on the southwest side of Indianapolis off of I70.
The Indianapolis Airport is located west of the facility. See map to the right.
