The Lebanon API Project on the Lilly Campus is being worked under a merit shop approach utilizing both union and open shop contractors. Applications for craft positions should be directed to the local signatory unions or the contractors participating in the project.
During construction, you may search and apply for roles with Fluor Construction on their Careers page. There are current listings for this site.
Once construction is complete, Lilly will manage and support the operation of the facilities. You can search and apply for Lilly jobs on their Careers page. Lilly is already hiring for this location even though it is still under construction.
