LP1 hosts 2025 food drive to support the Caring Center

Spring farm planting season has arrived in Boone County. The LP1 project prioritizes safety and hosted sessions with special guest speakers representing the Purdue Extension. Brian Daggy and Andrea Hatfield reminded workers that farming traffic will be mixed with construction vehicles, and shared these safety tips.
On Tuesday, Feb. 4, Fluor employees C.J. Salvadore and Kyle McGarrity joined Harney Elementary robotics teams in Lebanon, Indiana to strategize, design and test robots for an upcoming regional robotics competition.

The Fluor team is dedicated to giving back to the community where we live and work by being good construction neighbors and making a positive impact in the Boone County community. Here are a few ways our team has given time, treasure and talent in recent months.
The Lilly/Fluor Construction Team along with Poindexter Excavating, Berkel and other site contractors purchased more than 270 Christmas gifts and collected an additional $1,400 for Lebanon students ages 5–16 years. The gifts and cash provided for additional gifts were delivered to Hope Community Church’s Christmas Shop on Monday, Dec.4.
The LP1 Project Team, which includes Lilly, Fluor, and on-site contractors, held a blood drive on July 24 with the support of Versiti. The effort was even more successful than the blood drive held in May. The drive collected 37 units of blood which is enough to save 51 Indiana lives. There were 24 first-time donors! The LP1 Project Team will continue to host blood drives as the staff increases.
